ABOUT JUDITH
JF Real Compliance Solutions founder, Judith Fox, is a seasoned compliance officer and attorney with 30 years experience in house and consulting.

Judith has consistently demonstrated her depth of health care regulatory and compliance expertise assisting providers evolve proactively and execute solutions to federal and state government’s heightened enforcement activities. Through her hands on approach, she has successfully rolled out compliance and privacy programs, initiated best practices and supported providers in crisis, including those under a Corporate Integrity Agreement. As a consultant, Judith draws upon her compliance, legal and executive experience working with a wide variety of providers including complex integrated systems. She views your organization with outside eyes and see things you might miss from within.
Judith began her career as a healthcare attorney with a Miami specialty healthcare law firm. She held progressively responsible corporate positions in health care law and compliance both as in-house counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.
Judith built upon this expertise as she began a consulting career in 2010 working for a full service compliance and regulatory firm. There, she provided Interim Compliance Officer services as well as program assessment and project management. Prior to establishing JF Real Compliance Solutions, she spent three years in a newly created compliance position at an integrated health system comprised of 11 campuses, 2,866 beds, 25,000 employees, over 2500 physicians and the largest volume of Medicare admissions nationwide. In this role, Judith successfully managed multiple high profile matters resulting from a series of government enforcement activities while simultaneously building an effective compliance team. Her cumulative professional experience and expertise propelled Judith to form a solutions based consulting practice to serve the needs of health care providers nationwide.
